a minute and a half walk to the Louvre

The location of this hostel makes up for the fact that you can get wifi in the lobby for 2 euros a day which was better than nothing. It was about a minute and a half walk to the Louvre and about 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. You pay for the location but everything else is very basic.
