cheappest dorm in PARIS

Generally speaking the experience is great because of the amazing locating, but if I want to used the wifi service I should pay 2 euro, apart from that, the hot water took so long to get, kindly a little cold. The most important issue is that in the cheappest dorm I choosed, there is only 2 plugs in the room so you may have to charge your electronic devices in the lobby. Apart from that, the facility is ok.
